Sara Flores is the Lead Customer Support Specialist at Acadience, where she brings nearly a decade of experience to the customer support team. A graduate of the University of Oregon, she began her career at Acadience as a Research Assistant. In her current role, Sara supports customers through every stage of their journey, with a focus on the implementation of Acadience Learning Online (ALO). As a Team Lead, she also oversees the training of new staff and collaborates across internal research, development, and leadership teams to advocate for customers and colleagues alike.
