Terry Allen joined Acadience in 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist. He now supports Acadience sales effort as a Customer Success Specialist. His workflow includes completing quotes for Acadience Learning Online and Acadience Professional Learning, processing POs, working with customers on their orders, and providing information to customers about Acadience products and assessments. He works closely with other departments across the organization including Wilson Finance, the Acadience Professional Learning, and the Acadience Support. Terry is a Master Gardener and cat dad. He holds a bachelor’s degree in photography.
