Erin Pzinski serves as the Acadience Training Specialist Manager for the Professional Learning Team. In this role, she partners with districts to secure meaningful professional learning opportunities. Erin also oversees the Acadience Training Specialist Cadre, a group of highly qualified trainers equipped to deliver high-quality, impactful professional learning.
Dr. Pzinski brings 19 years of experience in public schools where she taught first and second grade and served as a district K-12 literacy facilitator. She earned her teaching degree from the University of Wyoming and completed her doctorate in Reading Science at Mount St. Joseph University. A long-time Acadience user throughout most of her career, Erin is committed to bridging research, assessment and practice while helping educators use data with confidence and transform it into meaningful action that improves outcomes for every student.
