Performing a Full Clever Import into ALO

You’ll want to run a full Clever import in ALO if you notice that your nightly sync isn’t bringing over new staff or students. 

To run a full Clever import, 

1. Navigate to the “Apps” section in ALO (see screenshot below) 
2. Click “Full Clever Import”
3. Toggle off the green “Test Import” button
4. Click “Begin" 
5. Confirm that you want to run a full Import and click “OK” 
6. Refresh your page after a few moments to see the updates to your account. Any errors will be available to review in the logs.
