Catherine Claes received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Michigan University and her Masters in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. During her 36-year career in Education, Catherine served as a classroom teacher in grades Pre-K through sixth grade, an interventionist, a regional literacy consultant, an MTSS coordinator, and a state level implementation specialist. During that time, Catherine was pivotal in supporting the training and use of Acadience Reading K-6 in the state of Michigan. Catherine joined the Acadience Team in 2022.
