Jaclyn Schaeffer is a Customer Support Specialist. She holds a Masters degree in Reading Education and has over 15 years experience in education.
Jaclyn previously worked as a classroom teacher, where she implemented Acadience assessments and Wilson's Fundations to support student learning. Drawing on her classroom experience, she enjoys helping educators understand assessment and progress monitoring data so they can make informed instructional decisions that improve reading outcomes for students.
Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys watching her teen sons, Zander and Holden, compete in sports.
