In his current role, Jared Henderson leads inquiry support related to Professional Learning for the Customer Support team. Jared started in educational assessment over 20 years ago in a warehouse operations coordinator role with a national board certification program for educators and then transitioned to supervising scoring operations for large-scale assessments. Jared then transitioned to a coordinator role with an assessment Research & Design team. In this role, Jared worked directly with Dr. Jack Naglieri to publish the Naglieri Nonverbal Ability Test, Third Edition. Jared then joined a technical project management team and served as a key contributor to the re-platforming of the LAS Links English language proficiency assessment. Upon successful completion of that project, Jared served as liaison to an item bank and content review tool application development team supporting summative assessment development and managed the internal and external end user support team for both applications. He then took a couple of years off from the educational assessment space and then rejoined it in his current role.
