Meyola Harmon supports schools and districts throughout the onboarding process by setting up and maintaining customer accounts, managing and processing orders, and responding to order-related inquiries with care and accuracy. She works closely with other team members assisting customers via phone and email to ensure a smooth and positive experience for ongoing support.

Drawing on her background in technical work and customer support, Meyola navigates systems efficiently while providing clear, thoughtful guidance. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach, she helps ensure onboarding runs seamlessly and that our educational partners feel supported at every stage.
