Customer Support Systems Administrator

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Systems Administrator for a full-time position.

The Customer Support Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing the integration and maintenance of customer support tools, technologies and workflows that lead to customer success. The Customer Support Systems Administrator is also responsible for supporting various customer support related tasks and other tasks in support of agency goals.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a full-time position.

The Customer Support Specialist provides exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries about our products and services and/or resolving issues or concerns via phone, email, and chat.
