Acadience Reading K-6 is a digital assessment administered via the Acadience Learning Online (ALO) app, which is available on NYCPS-issued iPads and can be installed on a touchscreen tablet device (not smartphone).
Early Numeracy measures for Acadience Math may be administered digitally in Acadience Learning Online; all other assessment measures for math will continue to be administered as a paper-pencil assessment and scored manually. If a school selects this assessment by the ordering deadline in the Periodic Assessment Selection Tool (PAST), paper-pencil materials for all three administration windows will be delivered in the fall prior to the start of the Beginning of Year window.
